OUR STUDIO POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that schedules can change, so we kindly ask for at least 24 business hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. For all Full Set of Eyelash Extensions and Keratin-Infused Lash Lift, a $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice.

For fill appointments, we offer a considerate approach: you have three chances to cancel or reschedule without penalty. However, if you cancel at the last minute or reschedule more than three times, we regretfully won't be able to book future appointments for you.

We accept rescheduling and cancellations by text, email, and our online booking system. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time to ensure quality results.

If you are running late, kindly notify us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shorter service time, but the full service fee will still apply.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a Full Set of Eyelash Extensions or a Keratin-Infused Lash Lift, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and your $25 deposit will be forfeited. Regular clients have three chances to be late without penalty; after that, we may not be able to book future appointments for you.

This policy helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and ensures that we can provide the best service to all clients.

SICKNESS POLICY

We understand that illness can arise unexpectedly, and we appreciate clients not coming to appointments if they are sick. If you have any cold or flu symptoms, such as coughing, sneezing, fever, or sore throat, please stay home and rebook your appointment. If you promptly inform us and reschedule, no cancellation fee will be charged. Your health and the health of our staff and clients are important to us.

PETS & CHILDREN POLICY

We love pets and children, but for safety, health, and hygiene reasons, we do not allow them in the salon. Our studio contains chemicals, sharp tools, and limited space, making it unsafe for pets and children. Additionally, our business insurance and city council licensing advise against their presence to ensure we can operate safely and legally.

We aim to provide a peaceful environment for all our clients to rest and recharge, and we take everyone’s safety very seriously. Thank you for your understanding!

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our services, which involve time, skill, products, and personalized application, NO REFUND will be issued. If you have any concerns with the service you received, I encourage you to let us know within 2 days, and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.

If you experience an illness and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied by us, we will remove them free of charge.
